By creating an account or browsing Nyeeds Resource Hub, you agree to treat all community members with respect. Harassment, fraud, or illegal activities will result in an immediate ban from our platform.

2. User Conduct & Marketplace Postings

Users must provide truthful information in their profiles and barter ads. You agree not to use the platform to spam other members or promote illegal items. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Nyeeds a license to display it on the marketplace.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

We respect intellectual property rights. Users are strictly prohibited from posting images, text, or content that violates third-party copyrights. Nyeeds reserves the right to remove any content reported for infringement immediately without notice.

4. Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Nyeeds is a peer-to-peer resource hub and is not liable for transactions or shares made outside our official interface.
