Nyeeds provides marketplace research, analytics and intelligence tools. Features, data availability and limits may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

3. Research data

Marketplace data and estimates are provided for research and decision-support purposes. Users should independently validate important commercial, financial and sourcing decisions.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subject to the price, billing interval, usage limits and conditions shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, circumvent usage restrictions or use Nyeeds for unlawful activity.

6. Availability

We work to keep Nyeeds available and reliable, but continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product, payment methods and marketplace integrations evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
